近日，巴基斯坦首都电力公司 IESCO 总监及工程师和成都长城开发科技股份有限公司工程师一行赴省计量院参观交流。

一行人参观了省计量院型式评价实验室、EMC实验室、环境实验室，详细了解院电能所检测资质和能力、电能表检测能力等基本情况，双方并就IEC检测标准中遇到的问题开展讨论交流。

随着国内电能表企业技术水平的不断提高，国内电能表出口量逐年增加。为确保电能表质量，需要在出口前对电能表进行全性能试验。据悉，在配合巴基斯坦首都电力公司的需求下，此次省计量院工作人员合理安排进度，顺利开展IEC全性能试验，检测水平和服务方式等得到巴基斯坦首都电力公司的一致好评。

近期，省计量院获得了欧盟MID指令认证电能表试验资质，加之前期院已具备的OIML、IEC、EN等国际标准检测能力，省计量院近年来已为国内多家电能表出口企业提供了电能表检测认证服务，助力电能表企业积极向“一带一路”沿线国家进军，不断开拓国际市场。

Recently, the chief engineer and Assistant Director of Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) and the engineers of Shenzhen Kaifa Technology (Chengdu) Co., Ltd. visited the Zhejiang Institute of Metrology（ZJIM）.

The group visited the type evaluation laboratory, EMC laboratory, and environmental laboratory and learned more about the basic conditions of the lab certificate and testing capabilities. IESCO and ZJIM discussed and communicated the problems encountered in the IEC testing standards.

With the improvement of the technical capabilities of energy metering enterprise, the export volume of domestic electric energy meters has increased year by year. In order to ensure the quality of the devices, it is necessary to conduct a full performance test on the itself before export. We refer to the recommendations of IESCO and arrange the visits reasonably. IESCO team also observed the whole process of the IEC type test of the electric energy meter, which fully affirmed the technical ability and service altitude of us.

We recently obtained the qualification for testing electric energy meters certified by the EU MID directive. The testing capability of our institute also meets the requirements of international standards such as OIML, IEC, EN, etc. We already provided the testing service to several energy metering enterprises in recent years and will also help them bring the metering proposals to the countries along the "The Belt and Road" and explore the international market continuously.
